Olympiad
The goal of education is to ensure effective learning and development among students. School life provides students with several opportunities to gain knowledge develop life skills and discover their individuality. This learning process is enhanced during competitions when the students utilize their knowledge and intelligence to reach the highest point of perfection.
As an educational institution, AHPS focuses on making the process of learning and education more engaging as well as challenging for the students. Not only does this test the proficiency of students, but also helps in boosting their confidence.
Keeping these objectives in mind, we at AHPS, conduct Olympiads, every year. The competitions are challenging, exciting and intellectually stimulating. AHPS Olympiads are conducted in English, Science, Mathematics, and Computer (Cyber).
The Objectives of AHPS Olympiads are—
To offer a competitive platform to the students.
To encourage learning and logical thinking.
To challenge their cognitive skills.
To stimulate creativity, innovation, and reasoning among students.
To promote hard work and diligence.
To boost the morale of the students.
To foster the holistic development of students.
Mega competation
The AHPS Mega Competitions was launched with spectacular success in 2014. The event is an amalgamation of competitions in the field of Academics, Fine Arts and Sports and focuses on the holistic development of the young challengers. The wide range of competitions provides a huge canvas on the national stage where the potential and inherent talent, as well as the aptitude and competitive skills of the students, are enhanced and brought to the forefront. AHPS Mega Competitions groom students to compete healthily, develop sporting spirit, share, learn, care and work as a team, which in turn gives rise to a cohesive and tolerant society and nation.
The last four events since inception have been spectacularly successful in so far as the purpose of these competitions is concerned. Padma Shri Milkha Singh (2015), Padma Shri P.T. Usha (2016) and Padma Bhushan Abhinav Bindra (2017) and graced our previous events as the Chief Guests.
To increase the level of competition, from 2018 onwards, we decided to invite other schools apart from our AHPS. The most scintillating aspect of 2018 was the presence of Padma Shri P. V. Sindhu as our Chief Guest for the 5 Annual AHPS Mega Competitions.
Starting with 2014, AHPS has been successfully organizing Inter-Mega Competitions. We can provide you with enough information to make you tour the entire event virtually .
